摘要 | Cellular physiological properties are closely related to the biological, chemical and physical properties of cells. Patch-clamp technique is useful in the investigation of cellular physiological functions by measuring electric current of individual cells or ion channels in cell. Patch-clamp techniques including its fundamental principle, cellular electrical signal measurement and data analysis are reviewed. Recent progresses of patch-clamp technique in the application of investigating chemical and biological mechanisms of cellular electrophysiology are summarized. Moreover, new techniques developed by combining the patch-clamp technique with other instruments are discussed, and their application in cell electrophysiological study is reviewed.
