摘要 | PbS promises low-cost and high-performance optoelectronic applications in the near-infrared and mid-IR spectral regions. However, the traditional detector light absorption efficiency is low, limiting performance indicators such as responsiveness and detection rate. Meanwhile, quasi-metal Te has high photoelectrical efficiency, and using Te-wrapped PbS as a near-infrared sensing material can solve this problem very well. This article reports the Te/ PbS hybrid structure photodetector based on the local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect, which was constructed by depositing the Te particles on the surface of the PbS nanorod. We characterized the Te/PbS hybrid structure by SEM, XRD, XPS, etc. The photoelectric performance test results show that the response of depositing 5 min Te is 4.87 A/W, and the specific detection rate of depositing 7 min Te devices is as high as 3.31 x 10(8) Jones at 1550 nm. Systematically changing the deposition time impacts the photoelectric performance of PbS, which provides a new idea for developing PbS photodetectors. |
